Our normal hours of business are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these times it is best to email us.

Order Acceptance

When an e-mail confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order - it is not an order acceptance. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

Credit Card Security

We use PayPal for online payments and, therefore, never see your credit card details.

Please note: Your credit card or bank statement transaction will show "PAYPAL *Iain Barrett" as the merchant.

Delivery Time and Shipping Method

Standard Delivery UK:

Unless otherwise stated, UK Mainland Delivery Costs are calculated by Order Weight as follows:
Up to 5kg, £5.00 inc. VAT
Over 5kg and up to 10kg, £13.50 inc. VAT
plus £0.40 inc. VAT per each additional 1kg, capped at 30 kg
 
Delivery time: Estimated 3-5 working days.

UK refers to the UK, Channel Islands and Northern Island.
UK Mainland excludes the Channel Islands, some ares of the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Collection in Person

You can collect your items in person at our Storage Centre just outside Oxford.

Delivery to Other Locations

We currently do not offer delivey to other locations.

VAT, Taxes and Duties

VAT at the current rate applies to all orders dispatched for delivery within the UK and will also be charged on any EU order where we do not have the customer's VAT number.

Back Orders

If any of your ordered items are not in stock, we will contact you to advise you. You will always be emailed or called with details to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of your order.

Returns Policy

Your right to Cancel

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please contact us straight away. In any case, this must be within 7 days of receipt.

Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the product(s) and we will refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For faulty items, the cost of returned postage will be refunded to you.

To return any products to us, please:

1. Make sure to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
2. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
